About Catharina Chapman, MA, LPC-S

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating complex relational and emotional patterns.

Licensed in Texas, California, and Idaho, I provide telehealth therapy for individuals seeking thoughtful, insight-oriented work grounded in depth and clarity.

My practice centers on Complex PTSD, relational trauma, and attachment wounds — particularly in those who appear high-functioning externally yet carry long-standing internal strain. Whether you are an adolescent forming your sense of identity or an adult untangling long-standing patterns, our work focuses on understanding how early relationships shaped your nervous system, coping strategies, and expectations of yourself and others.

My approach integrates insight-oriented therapy and cognitive behavioral frameworks within a relational, trauma-informed model. I support clients in building greater emotional clarity, agency, boundaries, and self-trust.

As a Certified Health Coach, I incorporate grounding and nervous system regulation practices when appropriate. Sustainable change involves both cognitive understanding and embodied integration.

In addition to clinical work, I serve as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, mentoring developing clinicians with an emphasis on professional integrity, depth, and relational presence.

Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and thoughtful. It is not about quick fixes, but about meaningful, sustainable change.
